how our classes work
1. Call 0493607143 or email info@farsouthphysio.com.au to discuss which class might suit you and your health goals best.
2. We can then sen you any relevant exercise screeners so we can provide the best and safest possible exercise prescription tailored just for you.
3. PhysioPILATES clients are booked in for a 10 week term (casual options are occasionally available and can be booked online) and PhysioSTRONG & PhysioLIFT clients can book in casually via our online booking section below.
4. Show up to your class and be guided through enjoyable and targeted exercises to improve your strength and overall wellbeing.

PhysioPILATES is held at Tarraganda Community Hall
PhysioSTRONG & PhysioLIFT are held at the Tathra Surf Lifesaving Club.

3. PhysioPILATES clients are booked in for a 10 week term as a pilates permanent member and PhysioSTRONG clients can book in casually.
NB:
PhysioPILATES runs in line with the school term (10 weeks).
PhysioLIFT/STRONG runs throughout the year.
PhysioPILATES accept casual members if a permanent member is away. Booking ahead is required.
