how our classes work

1. Call 0493607143 or email info@farsouthphysio.com.au to book your spot. 

2. Talk to us about your health goals and complete an exercise screener so we can provide the best possible exercise prescription for you.  

3. PhysioPILATES clients are booked in for a 10 week term (casual options are occasionally available) and PhysioSTRONG & PhysioLIFT clients can book in casually via our online booking section.

4. Show up to your class and be guided through enjoyable and targeted exercises to improve your strength and overall wellbeing.

Location:

PhysioPILATES is held at Tarraganda Community Hall

PhysioSTRONG/LIFT are held at the Tathra Surf Lifesaving Club. 

3. PhysioPILATES clients are booked in for a 10 week term as a pilates permanent member and PhysioSTRONG clients can book in casually. 

NB: â€‹

PhysioPILATES runs in line with the school term (10 weeks). â€‹

PhysioLIFT/STRONG runs throughout the year. 

PhysioPILATES accept casual members if a permanent member is away. Booking ahead is required.
