PhysioPILATES

All our classes have only 6 participants so you’ll receive the full attention from our Pilates specialist, Caitlin. Caitlin is then able to tailor exercises to your individual needs and skill level.

This intimate setting not only enhances your technique but also ensures safety, allowing for adjustments and modifications that promote proper alignment and prevent injury.

Experience improved core strength, flexibility, and overall body awareness, all while enjoying the supportive atmosphere of a small group and a highly qualified pilates instructor and pelvic health physiotherapist.
