Post Natal Assessment

A comprehensive postnatal assessment. Client interview including birth experience, symptoms and exercise/pelvic floor goals. Assessment of pelvic floor muscles, diastasis recti (abdominal separation), spinal mobility, strength of key muscle groups.
Please note: Internal Pelvic Floor assessment can be included however it is not the only option for pelvic floor assessment and other options for assessment will be discussed.

Specialist Bike Fitting $435
An all inclusive 12 week package. Initial fit assessment is performed using advanced technology to achieve the optimal position for you and your bike. Follow up sessions allow us to dial in precisely your bike components, fit new components and develop better movement patterns to optimise your riding comfort and performance.
High Performance Management POA
High performance management, injury prevention and performance testing to guide individual and team high performance strategies. We focus on building training structures to optimise performance in line with competition schedules and reduce injury incidence and impact.
