This means we are able to perform assessments, develop plans and perform treatment in relevant locations suited to each individual client's presentation. This model allows us to have more time with our clients and see them in a relaxed and natural environment.

what to expect at your appointment...

At your appointment, Angus will take the time to understand your goals, concerns and day-to-day demands. You’ll begin with a detailed assessment that may include discussing your injury or condition, movement analysis, and hands-on testing to identify the root cause of your symptoms.

Angus will also review any relevant imaging you bring along, such as X-rays, ultrasounds or MRI scans. He’ll explain what the findings mean in clear, practical language, how they relate to your symptoms, and which parts are important for guiding your treatment. If further imaging is recommended, he’ll outline the next steps and what to expect.

From there, Angus will provide a clear explanation of your diagnosis and a personalised treatment plan. This may include manual therapy, targeted exercise prescription, movement coaching, and advice on load management or lifestyle factors. You’ll leave with practical steps to start your recovery and a clear pathway for your ongoing care.
